Introduction
Halifield Land (HL) was established in 2020 to offer bespoke Land & Development advice to both landowners and developers; we provide a high level of professional service to cater for the needs of our valued clients. HL is incredibly passionate about all forms of development.
HL focusses on acquiring & selling development sites, including site-sourcing, in London & the South East. Our area of expertise lies predominantly in North London & the Northern Home Counties (this includes Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire, as well as parts of Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Essex).
HL is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We know this part of the South East of England incredibly well, working with a range of landowners, developers and agencies. We pride ourselves on our detailed understanding of planning and development. We have a strong network of consultants we work alongside, including architects, surveyors, housing associations, contractors and agents, to offer a complete package to our clients.

About us
HL was formed to provide our clients with a truly niche development service; the highest quality advice requires a significant amount of time, expertise and resource, and we are pleased to be able to cater for our clients’ every need. HL hopes to be able to develop more and more trusted relationships as the company grows.
JASON HOBBS is the owner/director of HL and has spent over 17 years in the property industry, focussing on residential & mixed-use development in the South East of England.
Jason joined Knight Frank LLP in 2006, as part of a one year work placement within his Planning & Property Development degree at the Nottingham Trent University. Jason returned to Knight Frank LLP in 2008 once graduated, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009. Jason was promoted to Partner in 2019.
During his time at Knight Frank LLP, Jason acquired and disposed of over £500m of development land on behalf of a range of clients. Jason founded HL in 2020 after a hugely enjoyable career as a west end agent. In his spare time, Jason enjoys socialising, football and spending time with family.

The map sets out our primary area of operation from our St Albans office; HL would however consider all opportunities within the South East of England.
